DEDICATION OF PLAQUE HONORING
CHARLOTTE SCOTT

On June 17, 2023, the Civil War Round Table of the Mid-Ohio Valley unveiled a plaque memorializing the initiative, generosity and vision of Charlotte Scott.  The plaque will be permanently installed at Marietta City Hall near where Ms. Scott's house once stood.
